Available in several different power ratings, Bias LED Drivers have environmental and operating characteristics that can’t be matched by conventional modules, making them suitable for the broadest possible range of applications.

Bias BPWXL series are isolated, constant-current ac-dc power supply modules for powering strings of LEDs for light engine applications. All modules offer a constant current output of 300mA, unless otherwise noted. The designated voltage rating is the maximum output voltage at room temperature, but will self-adjust to compensate for operating temperatures from -40 to 85C and less than the maximum number of LEDs allowed in a string. Their cold-starting properties, ruggedized packaging and regulatory approvals make them ideal solutions for outdoor, industrial and commercial lighting fixtures. The modules feature mounting holes and flying leads for easy installation.

Bias BPSX/BPWX/BPHX series of miniature ac-dc power supply modules have an extended full power operating range from -40 to 85°C. They are an ideal drop-in solution for a variety of low-power and standby mode applications that must operate in harsh temperature environments. Their patented design eliminates the need for EMI filtering and results in the smallest, highest efficiency turn-key solution available.  The modules are regulatory ready and can significantly reduce your design time while speeding time-to-market and simplifying the supply chain from dozens of components to a single part. They offer voltage-regulated output which has a constant power mode instead of a conventional current limit. This output is best suited to drive mechanical relays, solenoids, SSRs, capacitive loads, indicating lights, LEDs and as a source for isolated DC utility power which may be used directly or post-regulated with either a linear regulator or a DC/DC converter.
