The efficiency, reliability and aesthetic benefits of LEDs are now being recognized for high-end luminaries. High Brightness (HB) LEDs are quickly being adopted for architectural, commercial/industrial, safety/security and outdoor lighting fixtures. However, off-the-shelf “bulbs” are not an option, which means an engineer must select and combine the light engine, lenses and driver to create an integrated solution to meet the specific mechanical, lumen output and color temperature requirements.
Bias Power’s ac/dc constant-current LED driver modules address the low-power requirements of today’s high efficiency LEDs. By specializing in drivers with 10W and less power rating, our module offering starts where most others end. With the proliferation of new light engine designs requiring as few as two and up to ten HB-LEDs, Bias offers the option to optimize the performance and cost of the of the driver. We offer drivers sized as small as 2.36 in3, with efficiencies over 80%, ruggedized IP67 ratings and both 0-10V and ELV/Triac dimmability.
