Think about it...even when you build a power supply around a chip, you need to source and inventory a variety of supporting components and allow time for design and testing. Bias has already done all of that for you, so you can plug and power.
Finally, unlike common small linear supplies, Bias Power supplies are compatible with line power anywhere in the world without jumpers or run changes. No need to inventory multiple versions of your product for different world markets.
